Explain how poor flexibility can make daily tasks more difficult.

I would ask about flexibility and its effect on our daily tasks. and what happens when someone has poor flexibility?

    certainly! Poor flexibilities result in poorer task completion time period. Furtheremore, each one of us should develop her/his strength in his/her body , so he/ she will be able to withstand more physical stress.

    When you have poor flexibility, you have a poor muscle response. for example, imagine you want to do a task,  when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way, Then you face difficulties in doing the tasks.

      Yeah.. effectively!
      If it is not controlled, it will increase day by day. Thus, we have to do some physical exercise to overcome, improve our performance in physical activities and enable our muscles to work more effectively.

    Personally, I suffered a lot from the lack of flexibility. I did a lot of stretching exercises to overcome this problem. However, They helped me a lot to improve my mobility, posture, as well my muscle coordination.
