Please, why A is not the right answer? This question makes me confused a lot !

    A is not the right answer simply because link-local addresses don’t communicate with other subnets. However, they only communicate with devices on their local link.

    The right answer is B not A. Furthermore, the iPv6 address type is similar to the private addresses in IPv4. They can be routed internally but not across the Internet.

    straightforwardly, A is wrong because the Link-local addresses cannot be routed to the Internet but they cannot communicate beyond their own subnet.

    It is incorrect because the IPv6 adress defines rules, thus the packets sent to any link-local addresses should not be forwarded by any router to another subnet.

    Besides, the right option is B.
